You're signed in on another device
Timecounts only allows one active session per account at a time.
If you sign in on a second device, browser, or computer, your existing session will receive a notification and be automatically signed out after approximately one minute. This gives you time to save your work before logging back in.
If you did not initiate the second login, we recommend changing your password immediately.
Account sharing is not permitted
Timecounts accounts are intended for individual use and should not be shared with other administrators, staff members, or volunteers.
Because Timecounts only allows one active session per account, sharing login credentials will frequently result in users being signed out when another person logs in.
Account sharing is also a violation of our Terms of Service and creates security risks by making it difficult to manage access, track activity, and protect volunteer information.
If multiple people need access to your organization, provide each person with their own administrator account.
Your session expired
For security purposes, Timecounts automatically signs users out after extended periods of inactivity.
If you return to Timecounts after being away for a long period of time, you may be asked to sign in again.
Account security
Timecounts accounts should never be shared between multiple people.
Providing each administrator with their own account improves security and allows organization owners to manage access more effectively.
If multiple people need access to your organization, invite them as administrators instead of sharing login credentials.
