Changing your email if you have a Timecounts account.
If you want to change the email associated with your user account on Timecounts, you can go to your User Dashboard and click on Profile. You can update your email in the Contact Information section. If you are logged in, this link will take you to your profile settings.
It’s not letting me update—It says "email already in use".
It sounds like you've already created a separate Timecounts account with that email address. No worries! Just email us at [email protected], and we'll delete the existing account so you can use that email to update your current profile.
Editing your email before creating a Timecounts account.
If your organization has invited you or added you manually to Timecounts, but you still need to sign up, they can update your email in their database. This doesn't create a user account—your email will only be linked to your account once you sign up and log in with it.
