How organizations and volunteers connect
Creating a Timecounts account does not automatically connect you to an organization.
Most organizations have their own volunteer hub where volunteers can sign up, apply, register for events, and complete onboarding. To join an organization, you'll typically need to start from their hub or use a link they have shared with you.
Check the email address you used
If an organization invited you to volunteer through Timecounts, make sure you create your account using the same email address that received the invitation.
Using a different email address can prevent your account from automatically connecting to the organization.
If this happens, you can update your email address under Profile Settings and then try again.
How do I find my organization's hub?
If you don't have the organization's signup link, try:
Visiting the organization's website and looking for a Volunteer, Get Involved, or Join Us page
Checking recent emails from the organization
Contacting the organization directly
Reaching out through their social media channels
The organization will be able to provide the correct link to their volunteer hub or onboarding process.
Timecounts is not a volunteer marketplace
Timecounts helps organizations manage volunteers, but it does not provide a public marketplace of volunteer opportunities.
To volunteer through Timecounts, you'll need to connect directly with a participating organization.
