Deleting an organization is a permanent action and cannot be undone.
Before you begin
When an organization is deleted, all data associated with that organization will be permanently removed, including:
Volunteers
Events
Applications
Forms and responses
Reports
Hours and activity records
Organization settings
Once deleted, this information cannot be recovered.
Deleting an organization does not delete individual Timecounts user accounts.
Volunteers and administrators can continue using their Timecounts accounts with other organizations they belong to.
Who can request deletion?
Only the organization owner or an administrator can request organization deletion.
If you're not an administrator, please contact your organization's account owner for assistance.
Request organization deletion
To request deletion, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your administrator account.
We'll confirm your request within 24 hours and begin the deletion process.
What happens next?
Once confirmed, your organization and associated data will be deleted within 3–5 business days.
In some cases, we may be required to retain limited information for legal, accounting, or regulatory purposes. For example, invoices associated with your subscription may be retained where required by law.
Subscription and billing
Deleting an organization does not entitle you to a refund for unused subscription time.
If your organization has an active subscription, we recommend contacting us before requesting deletion if you have questions about billing or plan changes.
