To request deletion of your Timecounts account, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account.
We'll confirm your request within 24 hours and begin the deletion process.
What happens when your account is deleted?
Personal data is removed
Once your request is confirmed, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 3–5 business days.
In some cases, we may be required to retain limited information for legal, accounting, or regulatory purposes. For example, invoices associated with organization billing may be retained where required by law.
The process cannot be reversed
Account deletion is permanent. Once completed, your account and associated data cannot be recovered.
This may include:
Volunteer hours
Form responses
Volunteer history
Reports
Other account data
Still receiving emails?
If you continue to receive emails from an organization after your Timecounts account has been deleted, the organization may be using a separate email marketing or mailing list service.
Please contact the organization directly to request removal from their mailing lists.
