Update your email address

Learn how to change the email address associated with your Timecounts account.

Change your email address

If you already have a Timecounts account, you can update your email address from your profile settings.

Open your User Dashboard and select Profile. Under Contact Information, update your email address and save your changes.

"Email already in use"

If you receive an Email already in use message, it usually means a separate Timecounts account has already been created with that email address.


Contact [email protected] and we'll help you resolve the issue so you can update your account.

Haven't created a Timecounts account yet?

If an organization has invited you to volunteer or added you to their directory, but you haven't created a Timecounts account yet, the organization can update your email address on your behalf.

Because you haven't signed up yet, your email address is only stored on your volunteer profile and is not yet linked to a Timecounts user account.
