Requesting account deletion.
We're here to assist you if you'd like to delete your Timecounts user account. To request deletion, follow the steps below:
Email [email protected] from the email linked to your Timecounts account.
We’ll confirm your request within 24 hours and begin the deletion process.
What happens when you delete your account.
Permanent Deletion: Once you confirm, we will delete or anonymize all your information within 3-5 business days. Some data (such as invoices if you were an organization account owner) must be retained for legal reasons, but all other personal data will be removed.
Irreversible Process: Deleting your account is permanent. All your data, including volunteer hours, volunteer reports, and form responses, will be permanently deleted, and we cannot offer recovery.
Still Receiving Emails?: If you're still receiving emails from an organization (nonprofit) after account deletion, they may have you on a separate mailing list service. Contact the organization directly to have them delete your data.
