Having trouble finding your organization?

Here’s how to locate your volunteer organization and get connected on Timecounts.

Reasons you may not be able to find your organization.

The organization opted out of the search function: Most organizations do not opt into the search on your user dashboard for privacy reasons. If you don’t see your organization, it doesn't mean they aren't using Timecounts.

Sign up through a volunteer hub: The first step is creating a Timecounts account, but if you were directed to timecounts.app/signup instead of your organization’s volunteer hub, you'll need to return to that hub to complete your sign up and get connected.

Email mismatch with the invitation: If you received an invite from an organization to join Timecounts, sign up using the same email address used in the invite. Signing up with a different email will prevent your user account from syncing with the organization. If this happens, don’t worry—you can easily update your email under Profile Settings, and your organization should appear at the top of your dashboard.

Finding your organization’s volunteer hub.

If you need help finding the organization's volunteer hub, a good first step is to look at their main website, which probably has a Volunteer or Get Involved section in its navigation. You can also email or message them via their social media channels to ask.

Timecounts is not a volunteer marketplace.

If you're looking for a way to volunteer and don’t have a specific organization in mind, Timecounts does not offer a marketplace for general volunteer opportunities. Our platform is designed to support organizations, each managing its volunteer recruitment.
