This article applies to Applications and the Application Screening process. If you're managing volunteer onboarding, some statuses and actions may work differently.
Viewing declined and archived volunteers
Volunteers who have been declined or archived appear in the Archived view of the application's Screening tab.
Approving a previously declined volunteer
If a volunteer was previously declined but should now be accepted, change their status to Qualified.
You can update an individual volunteer using the status dropdown beside their name or select multiple volunteers using the checkboxes and perform the action in bulk.
Allowing a volunteer to apply again
If you'd like a volunteer to submit a new application from the beginning, select Remove.
Removing a volunteer completely disconnects them from the application and allows them to apply again as a new applicant in the future.
Why can't I move someone back to New?
The New status is reserved for volunteers whose applications have not yet been reviewed. To avoid confusion, Timecounts does not allow volunteers to be moved back to New status. If a volunteer needs to start over, remove them from the application and have them apply again.
