Import volunteers into Timecounts

Once you’ve added them, they’ll pop up in the Import column of the Onboarding flow… From there, you can either move them directly to the Directory or send them an invite to complete the onboarding… To start importing, go to the Directory > Onboarding view

Invite volunteers to join your hub

This way, volunteers won’t have to fill out the onboarding form again… If you haven’t done this yet, just head over to Onboarding and import your volunteer list… Once the invites are sent, everyone will be moved to the Invited tab in Onboarding
