How to associate form questions to an Application so volunteers complete it as part of their sign up.

Why Link a Form to an Application?

Timecounts has a built-in form builder, and while you can technically share the form directly with people to complete, there is no screening process unless you connect it with an opportunity - like an Application.

How to Link a Form to an Application

First, make sure the Form you wish to associate with an Application is published so it will be visible as an option to link. Open the Application and across the top click on the Details page.

If you scroll down the page and look for 'New Applicants Form' you'll see a dropdown option to associate a Form. Attaching a Form is not required, which is why we default to No Form, which means volunteers can apply with just their name and email.

If you click the arrow on the right side of this field it will expand to show you all published Forms available to link. Select which one you wish to use and remember to press Save at the bottom of the page.
