What is the Resources page?
The Resources page gives volunteers a single place to access documents and information related to your organization. Many organizations use it to share volunteer handbooks, training materials, policies, waivers, event guides, parking instructions, and other resources that volunteers may need before or during their volunteer experience.
Instead of sending files individually or answering the same questions repeatedly, you can make these resources available directly through your Hub so volunteers can access them whenever they need them. The Resources page can be public or restricted to volunteers in your Directory, making it useful for both public information and volunteer-only materials.
Customizing your Resources page
To customize the Resources page, open the Hub Editor and click Resources across the top. Here you can edit the page title and introduction that appear above your documents.
Use this space to welcome volunteers, explain what resources are available, or provide guidance on which documents they should review first. Once you're finished, click Save Draft or Publish in the top-right corner.
Adding documents
Documents are uploaded from the Details page within the Hub Editor. This is also where you'll manage who can access your Resources page. Scroll to the Resources section and click Upload Documents to add your files.
Before uploading, consider giving documents clear and descriptive names so volunteers can easily understand what they're downloading. After uploading your files, click Save at the bottom of the page.
Choosing who can access your Resources page
You can control who has access to the Resources page through the visibility settings in Hub Editor → Details. Click Save after making changes to apply your settings.
Private to Directory Volunteers (default)
Resources are only available to volunteers in your Directory.
Public

No Resources

Removing documents
To remove a document, open the Hub Editor, go to Details, and scroll to the Resources section. Click the X beside the document you would like to remove, then save your changes.
How volunteers experience the Resources page
Volunteers can access the Resources page from your Hub navigation and download any documents available to them. Depending on your visibility settings, resources may be available to everyone or restricted to volunteers in your Directory.
