Why duplicate events?

Duplicating events is a huge timesaver when you’re planning to hold the same event again. Each event comes with a landing page, description, and customizable content—all of which get copied over when you duplicate. If your event has shifts, those will be duplicated, too, so you’re ready to go in no time!

Note: Only single events and events with shifts can be duplicated. Repeating events can’t be duplicated, but you can add new dates to the original event series directly from the Details page.

How to duplicate an event.

If you want to duplicate an event, go to the Events list under Active or Past and find the event you wish to copy. On the right side of the event, click the three-dot icon to open more options, then select Duplicate.

A popup will appear, letting you update the event name and choose a new date. If your event has shifts, make sure to pick a date range that matches the original schedule. For example, if the original event ran from October 1 to October 10, with the first shifts starting on October 2, set the new dates to include all necessary days to keep everything aligned.
