Copying Shifts on a Schedule

How to copy shifts create a repeating schedule

Updated over a week ago

Copy Shifts to Future Weeks

Go to the week in your schedule that you wish to copy. Click the icon with three dots top right corner and select 'Copy Schedule'.

It will open to a popup letting you copy your schedule for up to 12 weeks. If you need to copy more than 12 weeks in advance, go to the last week in your schedule once it's populated the shifts and repeat the same process. We don't advise publishing schedules more than 3 months in advance as this tends to create a lot of cancelations and create a very long schedule for volunteers to navigate when signing up. But we realize all organizations work differently.

โ€‹Important: This is a brand-new technology and we are improving the performance, but currently, it can take time to populate to future weeks. Try copying one position at a time and coming back to check once it appears in the future weeks. We thank you for your patience and feedback. We are continuing to improve this feature.
